On the way to the international scientometric databases
An ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) identifies all continuing resources, irrespective of their medium (print or electronic). It does not guarantee the quality or validity of the contents and is associated with the title of the publication but it is one of the conditions for application for indexing at international scientometric base (Web of Science, Scopus, DOAJ, RISC) and for the assignment of DOI.
Digital Object Identifier or DOI is a persistent identifier or handle used to uniquely identify objects, standardized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).The DOI for a document remains fixed over the lifetime of the document, whereas its location and other metadata may change. DOI is also one of the conditions for application for indexing at international scientometric base. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that this requirement has also been successfully met and each paper of the first and the second volume have got DOI.
